Our Staff

Our close group of experienced therapists are trained in a broad range of disciplines.  We specialize in a diverse set of fields, allowing us to select a therapist for each person based on our therapist’s fields of specialization and the personal preferences of each individual.

All of our therapists are dedicated to helping each person achieve their goals.  Our theoretical orientation is multifaceted, encompassing psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and solution based approaches.  Together, you and your therapist will assess the best approach for problem solving and symptom reduction based on each individual’s needs.

Many different issues can cause distress and misunderstanding in relationships. I am sensitive to these issues and interactive in my approach. I will help you heal from the pain that troubled relationships may cause, without blame or arguments, but with honesty, sensitivity, humor, and understanding.

We can be left with feelings of loss, sadness, depression and confusion. I offer help to those looking to develop new paths for happiness. This is sometimes difficult and overwhelming.
